No thermal chambers
are needed with
trenchless pipe laying.

Special aspects of pipeline installation:

Trenchless method of pipe laying is the most cost-effective way of pipeline construction. This method does not require any special structures under the pipeline. Pipes are laid directly into the ground on a sandy base with a minimum thickness of 150 mm and sandy coating of not less than 150 mm above the pipe case.

The sand layer should be compacted by tamping and then marked with tape.

Before the installation all components of the pipeline should be examined in order to detect mechanical damage of polyethylene pipe case.

Any cracks or cuts should be closed up by extrusion welding.

Lowering preinsulatedpipes into the trench should be done smoothly, without jerks and bumps, on the specially prepared sand base.


Flooding trench with water is totally unacceptable.


Prevent contact of welding splash with polyurethane foam.


Before welding joints heat shrink sleeves
in protecting cover should be set on the pipe.
It is important to keep integrity of the protecting
cover to prevent sleeve from shrinking under
the influence of sun rays.


Pipeline joints are insulatedwith supplied foam packs. Before pouring foam components adhesion between heat shrink sleeve and polyethylene pipe case is tested under the pressure of 0,5 bar for 5 minutes.

All bends of the pipeline should be cushioned with compensating mats made of foamed polyethylene. Size and quantity of mats are determined by pipeline project.

After finishing the installation of the pipeline and set up of the operational remote control system reflectogram is taken.

All our pipes, bends and branches are equipped with operational remote control system. Thesystemallowstodetect change of state of the insulation (e.g. soaking) and to determine the point of fault with accuracy of 1 meter.
